Password Reset for Junction Account
Please self-reset your password if the following has happened
- If you have forgotten your password
- Need to change your password
- If you think your password has been compromised
- TelstraOne Password not accepting your credentials
- Password has expired
Please use the following methods to reset your password
- At a Work PC/Laptop Login screen, there should be
an option to reset your password. > follow the prompts
- Online: https://portal.office.com/account/#security
- JDesktop – ALT + CTL+ END > Change Password
- Work PC/Laptop – ATL + CTL + DEL > Change Password
- Contact IT Support if you are having troubles.
*You may need your mobile phone for confirmation of changing
the password.
