How To Edit Outlook Signature Procedure Open OutlookLaunch Microsoft Outlook on your computer. Access Signature Settings Click on the File tab in the top-left corner. Select Options from the menu. Navigate to Mail SettingsIn the Outlook Options window, click on Mail in the left-hand menu. Open SignaturesClick on the Signatures… button under the Compose messages section.
