How To Edit Outlook Signature

Open Outlook
- Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Access Signature Settings
- Click on the File tab in the top-left corner.
- Select Options from the menu.

Navigate to Mail Settings
- In the Outlook Options window, click on Mail in the left-hand menu.

Open Signatures
- Click on the Signatures… button under the Compose messages section.

Edit Signature
- In the Signatures and Stationery window
- Edit an Existing Signature: Select the signature you want to update from the list.
- If your signature isn’t here, please refer to the install signature documentation.

Update Signature Content
- In the Edit signature box, type or paste the content you want to include in your signature. You can format the text using the available formatting options (e.g., font, size, colour).
- To add an image or logo, click on the Insert Picture icon and select the image file from your computer.

Set Default Signatures
- Under Choose default signature, select the email account for which you want to set the signature.
- Use the drop-down menus to select the signature for new messages and Replies/forwards.

Save Changes
- Click OK to save your changes and close the Signatures and Stationery window.
- Click OK again to close the Outlook Options window.

Verify Signature
- Create a new email to ensure the updated signature appears correctly.

Troubleshooting
- Signature Not Appearing: Ensure the correct signature is set as the default for new messages and replies/forwards.
