ADP Password reset is done Online or by Contacting HR.

Make Sure you have the following

Website: https://secure.adppayroll.com.au/index.php or www.adp.junctionaustralia.org.au

Client ID : SP92454

User ID: (Your Staff Number)

Password: (Your Password)

Online Self Password does not work unless you have your secret questions setup. (Please set these up as soon as possible)

If you are a new staff member HR will send you an email with your temp password, if you have not received it please contact HR.

If you receive an error with the website or anything like that please contact IT support, If password related please contact HR.
